These terms and conditions apply to all article writing services provided by Costa Content. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Turnaround Time

Delivery times depend on the desired eBook. Standard turnaround times apply once your brief is received, confirmed, and approved.
If additional information is needed for clarity, work will begin after those details are provided.

Costa Content reserves the right to cancel a writing project at any time. In such cases, you will receive a full refund immediately.

Project Requirements

Clients must provide a clear and complete brief, including:

• Topic or subject

• Tone or style preferences

• Target audience

• Required keywords if applicable

• Word count and structure if needed

If the brief is incomplete, Costa Content may request additional details before starting the project.

Content Restrictions

Costa Content does not produce content that includes or promotes:

• Sexually explicit material

• Hate or discriminatory content

• Illegal activity

• Graphic violence or gore

• Harassment or abusive behavior

• Extremist positions

• Instructions for harmful behavior

• Defamatory or knowingly false claims

• Malware, scams, or deceptive practices

• Copyrighted material you do not have permission to use

Accuracy and Limitations

Articles are written to a high professional standard, but Costa Content cannot guarantee absolute factual accuracy for highly technical, medical, legal, financial, or specialized information unless the client provides verified sources.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the final article before using, publishing, or distributing it.

Costa Content is not liable for misunderstandings, financial loss, or reputational damage related to how the content is used.

Revisions

Each article package includes a set number of revisions as stated on the service page. Revision requests must relate to the original brief.
Major rewrites, new angles, or substantial changes outside the initial brief may require an additional fee.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Supply any required references or factual materials

• Review the delivered article in a timely manner

• Request revisions within the allowed window

Costa Content is not responsible for errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated client information.

Completed articles are delivered in the agreed format within the promised timeframe. If unexpected delays occur, you will be notified promptly.
